At 100X, we welcome a wide variety of legitimate use cases. The following are examples of allowed activities on our platform:

This list is not exhaustive. If your use case is legal, fair, and doesn't violate our Terms of Service, it's likely allowed. When in doubt, please contact us to confirm.

Prohibited

To ensure the best experience for everyone, the following activities are prohibited on our platform:

  • Music Bots
  • VNCs/Virtual Desktops
  • Terms of Service Violations (Card Testing/Hosting Card Testing Services)
  • Suspected Card Fraud / Payment Disputes
  • Trial Plan Abuse
  • Phishing
  • Sending Spam
  • Anything Illegal
  • Cryptocurrency Mining
  • DDoS Attacks or Network Abuse
  • Hosting Malware or Malicious Software
  • Resource Exhaustion Attacks
  • Unauthorized Access Attempts
  • Violation of Third-Party Rights

100X employs proactive monitoring systems that continuously analyze platform activity to detect non-compliant workloads. Our automated systems are capable of identifying violations of this Fair Use Policy and will automatically decommission any workloads that do not comply with our terms. This monitoring helps ensure a safe and fair environment for all users.

We won't hesitate to shut down any illegal activity on the platform. If you wouldn't run it on your machine, don't run it on ours.

Violations of this Fair Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, without notice or refund. We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violations and take appropriate action, including but not limited to:

  • Immediate termination of your account
  • Removal of all content and data associated with your account
  • Reporting to law enforcement authorities when applicable
  • Pursuing legal action to recover damages
