- DDoS Attacks or Network Abuse
- Hosting Malware or Malicious Software
- Resource Exhaustion Attacks
- Unauthorized Access Attempts
- Violation of Third-Party Rights
100X employs proactive monitoring systems that continuously analyze platform activity to detect non-compliant workloads. Our automated systems are capable of identifying violations of this Fair Use Policy and will automatically decommission any workloads that do not comply with our terms. This monitoring helps ensure a safe and fair environment for all users.
We won't hesitate to shut down any illegal activity on the platform. If you wouldn't run it on your machine, don't run it on ours.
Violations of this Fair Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, without notice or refund. We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violations and take appropriate action, including but not limited to:
- Immediate termination of your account
- Removal of all content and data associated with your account
- Reporting to law enforcement authorities when applicable
- Pursuing legal action to recover damages
